Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
4. Wrong Address / Incomplete Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges will apply.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to the courier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:
- Order number
- Photo of the damaged item
- Photo of packaging
We will assist you with a replacement or claim.
7. Delivery Issues
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:
- Check with neighbors or building security
- Verify the shipping address provided
- Contact the courier directly
If the package cannot be found, email us and we will help investigate.
